Cooking Spray
4 cups herb-seasoned stuffing cubes, divided (about 7-8 oz.)
1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (10 oz.)
1 cup diced cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions with tops
6 eggs
1-1/2 cups skim or low-fat milk
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Evenly coat an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with spray. Sprinkle 2 cups of stuffing cubes in bottom of pan. Layer broccoli, turkey, cheese, and onions over cubes. Top with remaining 2 cups of cubes. In a large bowl, beat together eggs and milk until well blended. Pour evenly over stuffing mixture. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 50-60 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
