1 cup fat-free ranch dressing
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons grated carrots
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped radishes
In a medium bowl or food processor, combine dressing, cream cheese, and lemon juice until smooth and dreamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve as a spread with crackers or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
