
The Poultry and Egg Division has a variety of educational egg materials available for educators at no cost. There are curriculum packets that include teacher's guides, activity sheets, posters and other resources for teachers who teach Preschool; Kindergarten through 3rd Grade; 4th through 6th Grade; and Middle and High-School students. Classroom Egg Cookery Reimbursement Program
Since eggs are surely one of the most versatile, economic, easy to prepare and nutritious foods,
why not use them in your foods classes? Beginning cooks, need to learn about the goodness of
eggs, and the Poultry & Egg Division of the Nebraska Department of Agriculture has a program
designed
to help middle school and high school foods and catering teachers who teach classes that utilize
eggs.
The Poultry & Egg Division of the Nebraska Department of Agriculture will reimburse any middle school or high school foods or catering teacher $6.00 per egg cookery lesson that they teach.
