Classroom Egg Cookery Reimbursement Program
Since eggs are one of the most versatile, economical, easy to prepare and nutritious foods, why not use them in your foods classes? Beginning cooks need to learn about the goodness of eggs and the Poultry and Egg Division of the Nebraska Department of Agriculture has a program designed to help Human Science and Education (FCS) professional educators in Nebraska middle schools and high schools teach classes that utilize eggs in their cookery lessons.

Reimburse how much: Up to $50 worth of eggs, per educator, per semester
