2 turkey breast tenderloins (8 oz. each) cut in half
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 drop Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange turkey pieces in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon over turkey. Bake uncovered in preheated 350°F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in thickest part. Baste once or twice.
