Country Turkey Pasta Salad
(Serves 4-6)

8 ounces rotelle macaroni, cooked according to package directions
1-1/2 cups (about 9 oz.) cooked turkey, cut-up
1 medium red or green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
4 slices turkey bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled
1 cup (8 oz.) low-fat Italian or Ranch Dressing

In a large salad bowl, combine cooked and cooled macaroni, turkey, red pepper, carrots, turkey bacon and olives. Add dressing and toss well. Cover and chill.
