
2 cans (5 oz) cooked turkey breast
3/4 cup chopped apple
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3/4 light miracle whip
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 teaspoon curry powder
lettuce leaves
bread of your choice
In a medium bowl, combine turkey, apple, dried cranberries, miracle whip, walnuts, celery, lemon, juice, green onion and curry powder. Place the lettuce on bread. Top with turkey salad mixture, add another slice of bread.
